Availability During the COVID-19 Outbreak

18 MAR 2020

With the information available from the government and other sources changing on a daily basis, we have reviewed our working practices to ensure that we continue to meet our client’s needs and expectations during this difficult and worrying period.

We are pleased to confirm that all staff are able to continue to assist our clients whether they are based at our offices or working away from the office.

Whilst we have had to make the decision to avoid any face to face meetings with clients, and we are unable to visit clients at home at the present time, we do have facilities available to enable us to continue to take instructions, provide advice, send correspondence and even issue proceedings on behalf of clients as and when required.

For any legal assistance that you require, therefore, we are still open for business and able to assist and we will continue to be available during the upcoming weeks and months while the situation in relation to COVID 19 continues to develop.

Please contact us for legal help and advice in relation to any legal matter including:-

  • Family matters
  • Divorce and Separation
  • Buying or selling property
  • Dealing with tenants
  • Dealing with business property
  • Buying or selling businesses
  • Applications for Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration
  • Taking Will instructions and preparing Wills (even if people are self-isolating we can continue to assist in Will writing services as required)
  • Disputes

If you would like to discuss how we can help with any legal matter contact us either by telephone on 01524 401010, via email at office@bbpsolicitors.co.uk or via our website using the chat facility.
