Client Loyalty Discount

Policy

  1. 5% Discount to be offered at the conclusion of a matter to be redeemable by the client, or a friend or family member provided the card is presented or number quoted at the outset of new instructions.
  2. The returning client should either quote that matter code, or present the loyalty card at the outset of the next matter the Firm deals with on their behalf.
  3. At this point the 5% discount can be applied to the quote given for the new matter to be undertaken.
  4. Any subsequent matter should be charged at the normal rates, but thereafter the above procedure would continue to apply.
