Receptionist / Office Manager
We have a vacancy for a full time receptionist/office manager. Our firm has adapted and recognised the advantages to staff working remotely however as a law firm we also have a need for office based staff. At present our office is closed to the public and therefore the receptionist post will focus mainly on answering and directing calls, taking messages and card payments. The receptionist role will be as part of a job share, 2 and a half days each week. Alongside that role and for the remaining 2 and a half days the role will cover the tasks of an office manager including but not limited to :
- Liaising with IT specialists and co-ordinating with staff in relation to issues and upgrades;
- Dealing with suppliers and managing supplier contracts;
- Managing and maintaining HR Records;
- Administering the marketing plan and dealing with outsourced marketing companies;
- Assisting our legal cashier will legal cashiering tasks;
- Managing stocks and orders;
The position also involves some administration and support duties.
