Part-Time Admin Assistant, 2 days a week

Location: BBP Legal, Morecambe    Department: General Office

Hours: Part-time 14 hours.  Monday and Friday 9am – 5pm (1 hour daily for lunch) Minimum wage £11.44 per hour.

BBP Legal, a respected law firm in Morecambe, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time role, working Monday’s and Friday’s.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front of house, reception duties (meeting and greeting clients)
• Provide administrative support to the conveyancing team and other departments

   •       Manage client correspondence and documentation

   •       Assist with file management and data entry

   •       Handle telephone calls and general inquiries

   •       Maintain accurate records and filing systems

   •       Support the team with other administrative tasks as required

The Ideal Candidate:

   •       Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

   •       Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

   •       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

   •       Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within a legal environment (not essential)
