Olivia Hodgson LLB (Hons) LLM

Olivia has lived locally in the Lancaster area all her life and obtained a Law Degree from Lancaster University in 2013.

Shortly after graduation she secured her first position in Garstang where she began to develop an interest in Private Client work.

Olivia joined the Private Client team at Baines Bagguley Penhale in March 2016 to work alongside Director and Head of Department, Richard Bagguley. Since joining us she has qualified as a solicitor in April 2021.

Olivia is an experienced and dependable member of the private client team regularly advising clients on the preparation of wills, estate planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection matters and Probate and Estate administration.

Olivia has a keen interest in the law and obtained a Masters Degree in Law with Legal Practice from the University of Central Lancashire in June 2016. She is also an Accredited Mediator for Civil and Commercial matters.

She is an Affiliate member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and has recently become a committee member for the local branch. Olivia is working towards becoming a Full Trust and Estates Practitioner (TEP) with STEP.
